Following the success of the first version of the VetApp app, its developers are releasing new features that will revolutionize the way pet owners take care of their pets. Starting today
app users have access to chat with veterinarians and a virtual health booklet, which guarantees even better organization of their pets' health care.
Direct contact with experts
VetApp's new live chat feature provides users with immediate and
direct access to veterinarians. It represents an extension of the offering with an additional
method of contacting experts, ideal for users who prefer a text-based form of
communication. VetApp enables text and video consultations around the clock,
which is indispensable in urgent and emergency situations.
Virtual health booklet and everything in one place
All important information accessible from within the app, making organization easier and
ensure that no test or procedure is overlooked. A calendar with a health booklet allows users to record and store any pet's medical information, such as medical histories, vaccinations, treatment plans or test results examinations. This allows caregivers to easily monitor their pets' health status and share important information with their doctors or anyone they wish to authorize.
New subscription packages tailored to each owner's needs
Optimizations and changes also extended to the subscription system. From now on, there are three packages: Free, Premium and VIP. Each has been designed to meet the
diverse needs and expectations of users. The most prestigious VIP package offers
unlimited access to all features, including chat with doctors and full medical history
medical history in a virtual health booklet.
“The implementation of new functionalities is our response to the growing demands of the
market and user expectations. Our goal is to provide a product that not only
facilitates pet care, but also offers a high level of comfort of use and flexibility of choice. The introduction of chat capabilities with a veterinarian and differentiated subscription packages allows us to better tailor our offering to the individual needs of both caregivers and their pets.”
- Dr. Mariusz Andrych, CEO of VetApp
But that's not the end of the good changes. The prices of video consultations with veterinarians have also been reduced in each of the subscription packages. Currently, the VetApp application is available in a web form, but the developers announce that a mobile version will soon be available for download for smartphones in the App Store and Google Play stores.
